Participou da AIESEC, uma organização que por meio do intercâmbio desenvolve a liderança e visa impactar positivamente no mundo, onde foi Diretor de Intercâmbios Profissionais com mais 8 diretores na gestão da AIESEC em Vitória. Durante essa experiência, trabalhou com vendas e seleção de estagiários para empresas de TI em Vitória, aprendeu bastante sobre gestão organizacional e de pessoas.
